Welcome to Everblue Handy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use our website or hire us for commercial handyman services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Everblue Handy is a licensed commercial handyman service (License No. EVERBH*826MU) providing after-hours and weekend repairs to commercial properties, including drywall repair, door repair, and shelving installation.
2. Our Services
We provide commercial handyman and repair services as described on our website. The exact scope, timing, and price for each job will be confirmed in a quote or work order before we begin. We may decline any job at our discretion.
3. Booking and Scheduling
You can book services through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed only after we send you a written or electronic confirmation. You are responsible for making sure our technicians can safely access the work site at the scheduled time. If we can’t access the site, a trip or rescheduling fee may apply.
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
4. Pricing and Payment
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. Additional charges may apply for work beyond the original scope, extra materials, or permits — we’ll let you know before doing the extra work whenever possible.
Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may be subject to a late fee. All prices exclude applicable taxes.
5. Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on labor from the date of service. Materials are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or issues outside our control. To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period.
6. Your Responsibilities
When you hire us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and the repair needed
- Disclose any known hazards at the work site
- Obtain any permissions needed from property owners, landlords, or others
- Pay for services performed
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service involved. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of business, revenue, or tenants. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Website Use
Our website is provided for information and booking. You agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, or copy our content without permission. All website content is owned by Everblue Handy or its licensors.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Washington, USA.
